Overall, Presearch offers more accurate and relevant results than Google. In addition, Presearch is faster than Google when it comes to delivering results. However, Google does have some advantages over Presearch. For example, Google offers more advanced features such as image search and video search. But that is something that Presearch does offer when browsing their homepage.

Verdict
We switched to Presearch as our main search engine. Primarily for the privacy feature, but also because the results are more or less the same and it’s getting better every month.
